Aluminum single-layer panels are architectural decorative materials that have undergone chromating and other treatments, followed by fluorocarbon spraying technology. Their structure consists of a panel, reinforcing ribs, and corner brackets. The maximum size of the finished workpiece can reach 8000mm × 1800mm, with a standard thickness of 1.5-3.0mm. They are lightweight, have good rigidity, and strong weather resistance, and are widely used in building exterior walls, beam and column decoration, elevator cladding, and irregularly shaped interior ceilings. They utilize polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500) fluorocarbon coating, with coating performance meeting AAMA2605 standards and ensuring 25 years of colorfastness.

The coating process involves two coats and one bake, or three coats and two bakes, achieving coating performance that meets the AAMA2605-98 standards of both the AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) and ASCA (American Society of Architectural Sprayers).

Standard thicknesses: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm.

Common sizes: 600*600mm, 600*1200mm
