Product Overview

Aluminium energy efficient windows are designed to reduce heating and cooling energy consumption while maintaining daylight and ventilation. The energy performance is determined by three elements: the thermal break structure of the profile, the insulating glass configuration, and the air tightness of the sealing system.

These windows are used in residential building energy-saving exterior windows, commercial building daylight windows, office building facades, public building energy-saving renovation, and high-end villa windows.

Core Advantages

Thermal break structure to limit heat conduction:

The frame uses 6063-T5 aluminium profiles with a thermal break design. PA66 thermal break bars interrupt the heat bridge path through the profile. In office facades and residential exterior windows, this reduces heat conduction through the frame compared with a non-thermal-break profile.

Glass configuration matched to climate zone:

Glass options include 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm tempered insulated or triple-glazed LOW-E. In projects across different climate zones, the glass configuration is selected to match the local energy design requirement.

Multi-line sealing system:

EPDM sealing strips and automotive-grade sealing strips form multiple sealing lines. In public building energy-saving renovation, the sealing system limits air leakage, which is a major factor in overall window energy performance.

Profile range for different opening sizes:

Profile wall thickness ranges from 1.4 mm to 1.8 mm, and frame width from 60 mm to 120 mm. In commercial daylight windows with larger openings, the profile range allows the frame to be matched to the opening size.

Quality Control

Profile thermal break bar position and glass cavity dimensions are checked on incoming material. Sealing strip contact and hardware function are inspected during assembly.

After assembly, the window is tested for opening and closing function and air leakage path. A 100% inspection is performed before shipment. Standard products carry a 10-year warranty.

FAQ

Q: How is the energy-saving effect of aluminium energy efficient windows verified?

A: A glass configuration and heat transfer coefficient reference value can be provided according to project requirements. The actual energy-saving effect depends on the overall building design and local climate conditions.

Q: Can energy efficient windows also address noise reduction requirements?

A: Yes. Insulated glass provides a degree of sound reduction. For higher acoustic requirements, triple glazing or increased glass thickness can be specified.
