PA66 Thermal Break and Better Glass

PA66 is strong and lasts a long time. The standard glass is 5mm+12A+5mm tempered insulated. We also give you upgrade options. You can choose LOW‑E coating to improve heat reflection. You can also choose triple glass with two air gaps (5mm+12A+5mm+12A+5mm). This gives much better noise and heat control. Please ask us for details. The opening styles include casement, top‑hung, and bottom‑hung. A popular choice is tilt‑and‑turn (inner opening with tilt). You can choose based on your needs. The hardware uses standard casement hardware including handles, hinges, and locking points. For sealing, we use EPDM rubber seals or automotive‑grade seals with a three‑point seal design. We use neutral silicone weather-resistant sealant for all fixed joints.
