The Slot and Blade System
The louvre blades sit inside a special channel called the T‑slot. The inner width of the T‑slot must match the blade width. Our common inner slot widths are 30mm, 35mm, and 50mm. You choose the slot size based on your blade width. We give you a full matching set. The hardware includes connecting rods and fixing clips. The connecting rods link all the blades together. This lets you turn all blades at the same time. The fixing clips hold the blades at a set angle. This stops the wind from moving them. Different product models use different hardware. We make sure the turning action is smooth and the angle is easy to adjust. For sealing, we use EPDM rubber seals or automotive‑grade seals. Even though the louvre has gaps, the seal between the frame and the wall is very important. We use neutral silicone weather-resistant sealant for all wall joints.

We can talk about the number based on your project. We can provide a sample before mass production. You pay a deposit for the sample. We return the deposit when you place the big order. You pay the shipping. Sample development time is normally 10 to 15 working days if we have the materials in stock. We give a 10-year warranty on the main structure.
