Two insulated cavities for thermal resistance:
The glass configuration is 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm triple-glazed tempered insulated. In cold-climate residential projects, the two cavities form two thermal resistance layers, reducing heat loss compared with a single-cavity unit.
LOW-E option for further thermal control:
LOW-E coating is available as an upgrade. In cold-climate and high-altitude projects, the coating reduces radiant heat transfer through the glass.
Thermal break and sealing system:
The frame uses 6063-T5 aluminium profiles with PA66 thermal break bars and multiple EPDM sealing strips. In hotel guest room windows, the thermal break and sealing system work together to limit air leakage and thermal bridging.
Glass and profile matched to climate zone:
Profile wall thickness ranges from 1.4 mm to 1.8 mm, and frame width from 60 mm to 120 mm. In projects across different climate zones, the gas layer thickness and coating type can be adjusted.
