Slim frame bifold doors use a folding sash system: door panels are connected by hinges and fold along a track, stacking compactly at one or both sides of the opening. The frame profile is kept narrow to increase the glass proportion.
These doors are used in balcony and terrace large openings, indoor-outdoor connected spaces, commercial flexible partitions, and courtyard and garden doors.

Compact stacking after folding:
The panels fold and stack at the side of the opening. In hotel balcony areas and terrace openings, this keeps the passage clear when the door is open, compared with a swing door that needs clearance space.
Multi-panel synchronization:
The door uses folding-specific heavy-duty hinges and a linkage transmission handle. In wide openings with four or more panels, the linkage system keeps panels moving in the same sequence during opening and closing.
Narrow frame with sealing compensation:
The frame width is 60 mm to 80 mm, with multiple EPDM sealing strips and automotive-grade sealing strips. In narrow-frame construction, the multiple sealing lines compensate for the reduced frame contact area.
Profile and glass build:
The frame uses 6063-T5 aluminium profiles with wall thickness from 1.4 mm to 2.0 mm. Standard glass is 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm tempered insulated.

Quality Control
- Profile dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish are checked on incoming material. Hinge and linkage components are inspected for fit before assembly.
- After assembly, the full folding sequence is tested: each panel is opened and closed through the complete cycle to check synchronization, stacking width, and sealing strip contact. A 100% inspection is performed before shipment.
