1. Door frame dimensional deviations should comply with relevant regulations.
2. Assembly gaps and height differences on the same plane between adjacent components of the door frame and leaf should comply with relevant regulations.
3. Door component connections should be secure, and corrosion-resistant filler materials should be used to seal and waterproof the connections.
4. The door structure should have reliable rigidity; reinforcement components are permitted as needed.
5. Door frames and leaves should fit tightly with uniform gaps. The allowable deviation for the overlap width between the leaf and frame is ±1mm.
6. Door accessories should be correctly positioned, complete, and securely installed, fulfilling their respective functions, possessing sufficient strength, opening and closing smoothly and quietly, and capable of withstanding repeated movement. The structure should facilitate easy replacement.
7. The quality of door glass, hardware, seals, and other accessories should be commensurate with the quality grade of the door.
8. The mating dimensions between flat glass and the door glass groove should comply with relevant regulations.
9. After assembly, the gap between the glass and the mounting groove should be maintained, and shock-absorbing pads should be installed in key areas to buffer the impact of opening and closing forces.
10. Dimensions without specified tolerances shall conform to tolerance grade JS15 (js15) as specified in GB 1804.
11. The decorative surface of the door shall be free from obvious damage.
12. There shall be no obvious color difference between the colored surfaces of adjacent components on the door.
13. The door surface shall be free from aluminum shavings, burrs, oil stains, or other contaminants, and there shall be no excess adhesive outside the assembly joints.
