Important note: Curtain wall products are highly custom. Every project needs a full set of drawings to determine the main materials and accessories. The numbers below are for reference only. We will give you a detailed plan based on your actual drawings.
The frame uses 6063-T5 aluminium. The wall thickness must be at least 2mm. The main frame comes in two sizes: 150*80*4mm and 180*90*4.5mm. The curve radius has strict limits: minimum single radius 1.5 meters, minimum double radius 2.0 meters. If the radius is smaller than these, we need a special check. The standard glass is 8mm+12A+6mm tempered insulated. Because curved glass needs to be heat‑bent, the glass thickness can range from 6mm to 19mm. The actual thickness is calculated based on the curve and wind pressure. The hardware uses 304 stainless steel corner brackets, bolts, hangers, load‑bearing hinges, and multi‑point locks. All metal connectors are stainless steel to resist rust. The seals are EPDM rubber. The sealant is neutral silicone weather-resistant sealant.

For a curved curtain wall, you need to give us detailed building drawings. We can do detailed design and production based on those drawings. We do not have a fixed minimum order quantity. The quantity is based on your project. We need a 50% deposit in advance. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. Production time is about 35 to 45 working days depending on the complexity.
