Our Aluminium Door Frames use 6063-T5 virgin aluminium. The wall thickness is 1.8mm to 2.2mm. The frame width is 80mm to 120mm. We design the profile section to match different door weights and uses. The overlap between the door and frame is calculated precisely. This ensures even gaps after installation. It also ensures the seal strip fits tightly. This gives the best air and water tightness. Our product are built for lasting performance.

Our main advantage with Aluminium Door Frames is in-house control. We do all work in our own factory. This includes cutting, machining, and surface spraying. We do not depend on outside processors. Our 4,000-square-meter factory has many advanced machines. This ensures consistent quality and on-time delivery. Surface finishing includes electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon coating. Colors are customizable. Coating thickness is controlled at 40-60μm. Every batch of product is checked for dimensions and surface quality. We upgraded our frame design in 2023. This happened with the launch of our "Delangxuan System Windows" brand. The new design improves resistance to bending and deformation.
